have combination, but my wife lost the key

had local locksmith make four (4) different keys from instructions he has available to him as a locksmith on the internet. none of the keys worked. the model number we have is 1146

get another locksmith. a locksmith should always have a plan b. there is no way a locksmith won't be able to open that safe with just a key missing.
