is there a way to reset lost combinations on open door safes with electronic la gard mechanisms?

i have several open safes with la gard eletronic locking mechanisms on them. combinations believed to be correct do not work and the batteries are fine.
is there a way to reset the combinations short of having the mechanisms cut off and replaced?

we cannot reset any of the combination if we do not exactly know the correct one. i suggest you get a locksmith to the job or bring it back to the manufacturer for help.
