how do i change codes for key pad

i have a bunker hill digital safe, the battiers are dead.how can i change the code for entry, i see a red button on the inside of the door. thank you for your time

open your safe. press the red button until yellow light on front control panel lights up. input your new combination- up to 8 numbers into front control panel, followed by either a or b key pad. safe will beep 2x to confirm that you have changed the combination. 3 beeps mean that the code is not accepted. repeat the process.
