i have a certified victor safe produced in marietta, ohio around the 1930's, my 92 year old uncle gave me a 6 digit combination, but i am not sure of the procedure to start with. left? right? how many turns? etc. ? can anyone help?

From: Vickie

spin to the left and stop on first number, then right past the second number twice and stopping on it the third time. then left past the number once stopping on it the second time. then right to the next number (stop first time) and left to las number and stop !
hope that helps !
