my father who is 91 has a floor model of the major safe. he ha misplaced the dial for the combination. how do we go about getting a new dial or having the safe opened. if needed the serial #54265; model t625. thanks, teresa

you need to contact a locksmith and have him use an emergency on the door and open it.
