i have a tough guard company security safe. i dont remember the code.

ihave a tough guard security safe but i cant open it as i cant remember the code. i have tried the factory preset code, but it is not opening. the safe works on 4 nos. "d" cells. it works on 4 batteries. so please give me the solution or any technician phone so that i can open the safe.
